The Vicious Kind - Rating: 7
A good festival film. I believe it premiered at Sundance last year, it was nominated for Best First Screenplay at the Spiriit Awards.
Alice in Wonderland - Rating: 5
Very disappointing. Saw it in 3D and wished I was watching Avatar again.

Weather Girl - Rating: 7
An entertaining rom-com that doesn't depend on scatalogical references or on its audience to be exceedingly sexually repressed ("she said balls, tee-hee") to get its laughs. A nice comic depiction of a couple trwenty something male buddies, one falls for the other's older sister, the local TV weather girl. Nice job by all actors, does a good job of mocking the phonieness of local TV news/entertainment shows.
